Specialists in Teacher CPD

Our mission is to provide schools with excellent learner focussed CPD, contextualised within a school improvement model that allows us to evaluate its impact. Our main products are based on one-to-one coaching and mentoring using video. These are the LEAP Lead Learners and the LEAP Solo Programmes which are described below. We also deliver INSET days and other bespoke products for schools.

We are excellent value for money. We maximise the sustainable impact of our products by encouraging the involvement of SLT in our programmes. We produce detailed Ofsted friendly impact reports included in our prices. If we do not deliver quality outcomes for schools, we do not charge. LEAP Learning Products

  1. LEAP Lead Learners

    Our most popular product focusses on creating sustainable leadership of learning in schools. It entails recruiting the top 10% of your teachers to become in house peer coaches and mentors.

    They undergo three rounds of training using one to one coaching with video over a school term. This consolidates their own outstanding practice. They become extremely familiar with our materials and processes so that they can replicate the approaches with colleagues once we have left.

  2. LEAP Solo Training

    This is simply a variation on the Lead Learners programme. It is aimed at a middle tranche of teachers who may not wish to become Lead Learners but are interested in reinvigorating their own practice. Similar to Lead Learners they undergo three rounds of training and coaching using video over a term.

    We also have a Solos programme aimed at teachers who require more intensive support. Video and other approaches may be used judiciously depending on the individual needs of the teacher.

  3. LEAP Inset Days

    We can also deliver our materials on outstanding teaching and learning as INSET. Our materials are highly practical, focussing on strategies which can be implemented readily in the classroom.

    We can do multiple INSET days spread over a school year, one off full days, half days and twilights. We are happy to negotiate with headteachers according to need. Please book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
